Universal Parcel Tracking

Global Package Tracking
Track any package, freight and shipment

Having bought something from an online store, everyone wants to know where their package is at the moment and when it will arrive. Continuously checking different courier or postal company websites can be frustrating and wastes a lot of time. To solve this problem, I created the Parcels website and mobile apps, which automatically track shipments for you. The platform checks updates from thousands of postal, courier, transport, and logistics companies worldwide, making parcel tracking simple and fast. To track your package, you only need one thing: the tracking number provided by the seller or delivery service.

What is a tracking number?

A tracking number, also called a tracking code, is a unique identifier assigned to every shipment. It helps customers follow the movement of their parcel from the sender’s location to the final delivery point. Tracking numbers may work internationally across countries or sometimes only within the sender’s country. Universal Postal Union tracking numbers usually look like RA123456789CN, where the first two letters represent the shipment type and the last two letters indicate the country of origin. Packages with such tracking codes are generally trackable until they are delivered successfully.

How to track a parcel from an online store?

To track a parcel from an online store, you must first wait until the seller ships your order. When preparing the package, the seller reserves a tracking number from the delivery service. Tracking information usually becomes active within 1–5 days after the parcel is handed over to the courier. It is important to remember that tracking is only possible using the tracking number, not the order number. Many buyers mistakenly try to track their package using the order ID, but these are completely different. The only exception is certain stores like ASOS, where order numbers may also work for tracking.

Can’t track package for a long time?

If your package does not show tracking updates immediately, there is no need to panic. Courier and postal companies often require time to register the shipment, weigh the parcel, prepare customs documents, and process it through sorting facilities. In many cases, tracking updates start appearing only after the package moves to the next stage of delivery. However, if there is still no tracking activity even after 7 days, it may mean the seller has only reserved the tracking number but has not actually shipped the parcel yet.

Tracking eBay order

Tracking an eBay order can sometimes be confusing because eBay sellers use different shipping and delivery companies depending on the item value and selected shipping method. Services such as SpeedPAK, Pitney Bowes, Global Shipping Program, China Post, Winit, Yanwen, and many others may be involved. Our platform supports all major delivery providers, making it easier for buyers to track their eBay shipments in one place.
